Comments: This dye nicely stains the nuclei even in 60 micron thick spinal cord tissue sections in just 10 minutes. It helped us quickly visualize the aggregation of leukocyte infiltrates across the spinal cord vessels in a mouse model of Multiple Sclerosis.

Comments:                 This is wonderful product to immobilize cells. It can be used also for immobilization of cells after cell sorting. Just sort cells on cool microscope slides and your cells will be immobilized during transport to confocal microscopy (as the slides will heat to room temperature). Just a very easy-to-use tool.
