Comments: We easily got good results. The product was easy to use, although for us in countries with devalued currency it is quite expensive. This is however the same for any imported reagent, so I would say the value for money was OK.

Comments: This has enabled us to do experiments that were not otherwise possible before. Not only is it a much cleaner signal than other viability dyes, but the fact that it is non-toxic has enabled us to do time courses with the same samples. We have performed 3D spheroid experiments over a 4week period, reading plates every 72hours with zero toxicity! It therefore saves us large amounts of money that would have been spent on ending experiments at each time point using toxic dyes. Highly Recommended!

Comments: We have used DRAQ5 frequently for dendritic cells and T cells and epithelial cells nuclear stain. DRAQ5 is an excellent nuclear stain and easy to use compared to DAPI. The price is high but high dilution. So it is worth.

Comments: DRAQ5 staining works very well in our experimental conditions even though with better results in non-neuronal cells. Comments: DRAQ5 is easy to use. In my research, DRAQ5 was used to determine cellular DNA sets immediately after fluorescence measurement of cellular photosensitizer, giving quantitive analysis of drug uptake. The quality of experiment was excellent.
