Comments: After assay optimization, this product worked quite well for imaging host cells by microscopy during bacterial infection. The product has a long shelf life, provided consistent results, and was not that expensive. The only reason I gave 4 starts for the After Sales Care is because I had no direct interaction with them, but I think our lab tech found the initial instructions with the package confusing. Overall, it is a great product for a specific assay.

Comments: DRAQ7, a cell impermeant DNA stain, is great to assess cell viability using FACS: low autofluorescence in the infrared, ease to combine it with other fluorophores in the visible range. Much better than propidium iodide on the last account.

Comments: DRAQ5 is easy to use and it gives us a good reproducibility and effectiveness. In my experiments, it was a really helpful product to stain the nucleus of my cells in an easy way. In addition, the quality of DRAQ5 is sufficient high for a broad range of several flow cytometry experiments. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone.
