Comments: Easy to use. Just followed the manufacture's protocol and got great microscopy images.  To lower the autofluorescence which we observed with Hoechst33342 on certain materials, we chose DRAQ5 and could get clear nuclear staining images.

Comments:  We use this product to look at nuclei in both 2D and 3D fixed immunofluorescence imaging. Very useful if you do not have access to a 405 laser and cannot use DAPI, as this uses the 647 channel.
