Comments: We used CyTRAK Orange to stain cultured cells in a phenotypic screening of small-molecule compounds. This dye enabled clear and simultaneous distinction between the nucleus and cytoplasm with a single staining step, consistently delivering reliable results. In our imaging-based phenotypic analysis, CyTRAK Orange significantly simplified image processing compared to dyes that stain only the nucleus, as it provided precise spatial information on both the cytoplasm and nucleus within fluorescent images.
