Comments: Product (DRAQ5) nucleic acid stain works exceptionally well, and keeps common microscope filter channels open since it's a far red stain. Little to no background, easy to use and store. Penetrates deep into thick tissues so you don't observe staining concentration gradients as with other nuclear stains. Perfect for use when imaging 3D tissue constructs with confocal - but also works well for 2D monolayer applications where UV light isn't an option (ex: PMMA microfluidic devices which block UV).
