Comments: I used DRAQ5 for internal normalisation of in-cell western (ICW) experiments to detect cytosine modifications in human cardiac mesenchymal cells. It arrived few days after my order. It is really easy and fast to use: it can be added at the end of the standard ICW procedure  before plate reading. Really accurate and reproducible.
