Comments: DraQ5 was used in a 1:1000 dilution for immunofluorescence staining of murine megakaryocytes to highlight and perfectly display the polyploidal nuclei lobulations within the megakaryocytes. 2D as well as 3D rendered images were aquired and evaluated.
